I have been waiting for 15 days now. I received a reply stating my order is still at the warehouse, along with a tracking number that doesn't work. Each time I reach out, including today, I get the same generic response about it being at the shipper's warehouse. It feels frustrating as there seems to be no real person responding. Additionally, it's labeled as a UK service but is shipping from the Netherlands. I'm just looking for an update.
