I 've bought an object on Vapman website,order #1564 I 've received it then I changed my mind within the legal 14 day delay to retract. I informed vapman. They agreed and gave me a postal address to send back the object. I sent it back and gave them the tracking number of the parcel.Vapman receiveid the parcel at the end of March. I've checked. I've already written 2 emails to the customer service, asking for my money. NO ANSWER so far. I don't know if Vapman is a serious company but for sure they don't care about their customers. Or is it worse? It was my LAST experience with this company.
