Update: Vapor95 did reach out with a very kind email and refunded me. It sounds like they are making an effort to address the quality issues I brought up. I do very much appreciate that and hope they get things back on track soon. First I tried to order a pair of joggers. After two months of waiting (and a shipping confirmed) I emailed them and they told me they were out of the item but could offer me a refund or credit. I took the credit because I really wanted to try this store and then bought a $40 tank top. Another 2 months go by and they tell me there have been production delays but it will ship in 1-2 weeks. After 3 weeks of waiting I email again and they ship the item immediately (and respond to me with copy/paste text from the other email). I get the tank top and it is terrible quality, the stitching looks cheap, and it fits really weirdly. FINALLY they don't do returns or exchanges. Yeesh what a negative experience. This is why I always order one item before going in. If you want a great indie clothing shop, check out Cult of Cult or While Odin Sleeps instead. They make top notch stuff and communicate way better when there are issues.
