Occasionally, there might be a slight variation in products, but that can happen anywhere. My last order was delivered in just three business days! The package arrived in perfect condition. Previously, I waited about a week for an order where tracking didn’t update. I contacted support, and they informed me that they had run out of specific flavors. They were always very helpful, and after coordinating, they sent out the replacements I chose along with some compensation for the inconvenience. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the company's approach. I highly recommend them!
