The pricing seemed attractive, but I had several questions regarding the cremation location and associated costs. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was not only unhelpful but seemed irritated by my questions. Despite my concerns as a 71-year-old trying to make informed decisions for my family, the service felt dismissive and rushed. I expected a more respectful and transparent interaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Variety Funerals.
