I bought a pair of sunglasses, but unfortunately, they had a manufacturing defect. Vytria told me I had to pay 99 euros. I contacted the manufacturer directly — they picked it up with free shipping, examined it, and confirmed the repair is free. They are now sending it back to me. I do not recommend Vytria. They are only interested in you as long as you’re buying something. For a warranty issue, they wanted to charge me 99 euros. I do not recommend them.
