I decided to purchase a VARLA Eagle One V2.0. Unfortunately the first one arrived damaged in shipping and it would not turn on. Via email I contacted VARLA and after following simple protocols they arranged for a pick up ofthe damaged scooter and sent a brand new replacement. I communicated withSylvia who always was responsive and helpful. She is very professional, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. She always recognized me on a personal level.
