I've had borrow since 2019 I've had no issues and I love it until today I tried to do a varo to varo to pay my rent last night so I wouldn't get a late fee. This morning my landlord couldn't figure out how to get her rent money so I canceled it in the app. Now my account is suspended. Called customer service had to email a selfie with me holding my id. Called customer service back to be informed that it will take 2 business days to receive an email. In the meantime I have no cash, my phone just got shut off because of my account being suspended payment declined. If and when I get back into my account I will never keep all of my money in this bank! Infact I will never recommend anyone to use varo again!
