I am extremely disappointed with this order and the way this issue has been handled.
I ordered the standard pack with an extra battery, yet the extra battery was not included in the delivery. Customer service told me it would be shipped separately, which does not make sense because they cannot even provide a tracking number for it. It has already been three days since the oxygen unit arrived, and the extra battery still has not been delivered. The extra battery alone costs 8,000 ph, which is not a small amount of money.
On top of that, your store allows customers to choose between an EU plug and a US plug, yet you still fail to deliver the correct item. Why give customers these options if the order is not going to be fulfilled correctly?
Frankly, this situation is unacceptable. Considering the very high cost of this item, I expected much better service and accuracy. Instead, my concern has not been taken seriously, and I am left without the product that I paid for.
I expect a clear explanation, immediate shipment of the missing battery with a valid tracking number, or a proper resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
