I purchased a €80 backpack from this shop, expecting quality to match the price. Instead, it arrived dirty, with faded colors, and wrinkled—it looked worse than my son’s backpack, which he’s used for over a year! I reached out to customer service to address this, but I did not get a response. Please do not waste time (including mine) with another generic marketing message managing your PR in response to this post--look at the customer complaints you receive and actually address them. Because as of now, you look like a regular scam shop and I strongly advise against buying from varuste.net.
