Contacted customer service and after about 1 week there's no proper response. Do not buy from this website if you live outside of Finland. Different rules for returns and refunds outside of Finland.+ Do NOT buy Lowa products. Their products seem to be one time use only. 250€ for boots that only lasts a few hours. Both shoes broke at the same time. Broke from walking in the streets, not in terrain.
