Ordered a triangular, extendable windscreen cleaning wand and took advantage of a second unit at half price. It took 10 days to arrive, and while I received prompt replies when I queried the delivery, the item I received was incorrect. I received rectangular, non-extending wands instead. I emailed for a resolution but have yet to hear back. Based on other reviews, my experience seems common; this company appears to be operating a scam. I advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice.
