The advert is misleading for a start. The free tools and filters are already in the box that the GT40 Pro Hoover is in. So that is misleading statement.Then when the vacuum arrived it had the power of a toy.I emailed the company straightaway, and they asked for videos of the said problems. They apologized and asked for the unopened box to be sent back to Germany.I contacted them again and asked for my money back as the goods were not as described. Also, how could I post them videos, if I hadn't opened the box.After several emails, it was obvious that they didn't want to know and I have taken it as an experience. I have contacted Trading Standards and to be honest, I don't think they will act for me because of the cost of the item. So, what I will say to people thinking of using this company, "Do your research first". I wish I did.
