No matter how good the products of a company may be, if they have bad support it's a bright red flag and wise to stay clear, which sadly seems to be the case with VAVA. My company contacted VAVA for a sales related issue and subsequently reached out via Twitter messaging, getting no response in both cases. Their products do seem good, making this all the more frustrating, but the lack of a support means we have to stay clear. Things may change in time but also they may not, so creating your own support ticket and seeing what happens might be wise before investing in them.
