Not gonna lie, when I placed my first order, I thought I’d been scammed because the tracking was a bit confusing. But after I emailed them, I got a prompt response, and their customer service team guided me through everything. Once I understood how to track it properly, things made much more sense.
My parcel arrived within the estimated timeframe, maybe 2–3 days off, but that didn’t bother me at all. The product came in a well-sealed box, and I was genuinely satisfied with both the quality and the service.
