Marci did a fantastic job arranging our trip to Peru and Chile. We wanted to visit the floating islands of Uros on Lake Titicaca and Easter Island. She listened to our ideas, gave terrific suggestions, was open to itinerary revisions, and was always quick to answer our questions. We felt supported and valued. Our accommodations ranged from rural homestays to urban luxury hotels and they all gave us an authentic cultural experience.The guides were fantastic- very friendly and super knowledgeable. They adapted their tours based on our interests and what we had previously seen in that area.Transfers from airport to hotel were flawless. We never felt abandoned. The guides knew our schedules, reminded us what to expect next and confirmed pick up times at all stages. They were never late, we never wasted any time. It was all very efficient and we never felt pressured.We will definitely use Vaya Travel again for another South American adventure or Africa.
