Not helpful at all!I contacted them after a few days of receiving the "no shampoo" hairbrush. It took an age to get here in the first place with very little comms until I chased them (initially the brush was "out of stock"). It did arrive, but it didn't work like they suggested it would. They made it seem like the brush would work instantly. So I contacted them and was told to continue using it for 30-days to see a result.That's funny, I imagine if I contact them at 30-days I would no longer be entitled to that refund.I've also seen others reviews where they've requested a refund but have to return it at their own expense. These brushes aren't cheap and I bought two (and got a third for free??) as my niece has the exact same issue as me where our hair is quite greasy the day after washing it.Don't bother. It's a waste of money and the customer services team aren't helpful if you critique the brush. Whilst they were friendly with my initial e-mail to find out where my brush was, they didn't outwardly inform me of the stock issue, I had to contact them. Had I not done so, I'd have never found out and likely never been sent my product.
