Ponte vedra location: here’s my response to the text that said: come get your cats. You have 10 days to remit payment. I left work for an hour to get them this is the WORST experience I've had with you all and that says a lot because I've been dissatisfied for years and my baby Toby still has the same skin issues and you guys recommended a food for him that his him obese and you forced vaccinations on my cats because you're all weird about the virus that has a 99.9% survival rate!!!! I'm sick and tired of it and I am coming now to get my cats and you will NEVER get my business again ! I own the #1 medical spa in Ponte Vedra Beach I have 7,500 clients and They all LISTEN TO EVERY WORD I SAY !! I have 30,000 Instagram followers ! Straight up the way you treat your clients is APPALLING!!! I've paid you THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I HAVE NO OUTSTANDING BILLS WITH YOU! If you keep doing business like this you will lose all your clients!!!! Stupidity on management and ownership!! Just wait until a quality VET comes to Ponte Vedra your asses will be grass!! Same three issues EVERY TIME I LEAVE YOUR CLINIC1.) cats still have issues2) I am way over charged because you think you're so damn special3) your staff and management has no clue what is going on and I stay on hold for 30 minutes every single time!!!Kiss my butt !!!!!
