I spent 3 days and only got one response . The pass they gave did not work. The reset pass did not either. They did not even act like they understood my problem. They sent me a brainless "HOW TO.." They were insulting and I almost think it was an AI response. Don't believe the great support these reviews have. They have not as yet given me a refund. My guess is a non-english speaking country with no real support.
