This service employs a 'marketing company' to send unsolicited offers to contacts found in a specific database. When questioned, they attributed the emails to a fraudster misusing their brand. However, after scheduling an appointment with one of the alleged fraudsters, I found that it was actually with the legitimate company, which eventually had to acknowledge that the emails were sent on their behalf. They arranged three online meetings, but no one attended two of them, and the third was canceled. I’m still trying to contact their data privacy officer to resolve this issue. Moreover, my company has no association with online videos, highlighting that the spam was sent indiscriminately.
