Terrible. Do not do business with this apathetic bank. We're a local small business, they have no concern about your business. You will be inconveniencing them, so take your business elsewhere. They are so bad, that I will be taking extra time (they wasted enough), but the pure apathy can't be allowed to continue. Had to get my legal department involved, which is absurd. Run away, do not transact with this company in any way.
