He’s allowed to keep his phone, so he never feels disconnected from me or the outside world, and families can visit every day, which has been a great comfort. Another aspect I truly appreciate is that while they are here, they help patients establish a solid system, routine, and long-term goals, so when they leave, they don’t feel lost. They emerge with a clear sense of direction and purpose. Overall, it genuinely feels like a place that focuses on real healing, not isolation.
