Fraudulent!! I ordered a decorative wall for an event and never got it. They told me to check with neighbors or the post office, which was odd. When I requested a refund, they said they might refund part if I provide proof of loss. What?! Their website claims they are reachable via multiple methods, but they only provide an email and take ages to respond. Their responses are very sketchy, and they lack customer reviews on their site. This is a scam; do not order from here! I'm reporting them to the relevant authorities!
