A slow connection is something you can still put up with, but the existence of “automatic” payments is mentioned only in passing and is enabled by default. They also do a very good job of hiding how to disable this feature — it is very difficult to find the option. Customer support brushed me off with a template response and reminded me of a previous incident caused by their technical issues, for which a refund had already been issued (“we do not issue refunds anymore”). Trust is the foundation of any VPN service, and my personal trust has been destroyed by these actions. I will not deal with them again, even though the paid period is still active. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
