I deposited 20€ through a payment service and attempted to withdraw 1000€ several times, but there was no option for that service; the bank option failed as well. I was told to contact customer support, who informed me that I needed to verify my identity and complete several steps. When I tried to access the verification section, I was redirected to the deposit/withdraw section. In short, this site feels unreliable.
