Our son had a wreck in September in our dump truck. The wreck was not his fault. You think you are doing the right thing when you pay your insurance bill every month but have a wreck and they act like they don't even know who you are. The other insurance company was putting pressure on us to settle on their terms. We did not agree with the choices they were offering. So we get a lawyer to look at our case and when they realize that there is not any personal injury they determine that they can't help us. At this time we have been leasing a truck for several weeks because this is how we make a living. We finally decide we will go ahead and fix the truck with our own money. The man at the body shop tells us about Mr. Robert McDorman at Vehicle Value Experts. We sent him all of our information and he agreed to look at our case. This was either late December or early January. By mid February he had settled our claim. He got our money back for leasing a truck, diminished value of the truck, and our truck still has a clear title and not a salvaged one.
