I purchased a Veho watch for £200 in November 2024 and gifted it for Christmas. Unfortunately, within a few months of use, the buckle and tongue of the strap detached multiple times. Eventually, the components were lost, and I was unable to find replacement straps on Veho’s website.I first contacted Veho customer service in March 2025. On April 2nd, I received a response from Evan Burress asking if the strap was damaged. I explained that the strap itself was intact, but the essential components (buckle and tongue) were missing, and I provided a photo for clarity.I followed up on April 8th after receiving no reply. The next day, Evan asked for a photo of the buckle—despite the fact that I had already stated it was missing and that I had previously sent a photo. I reiterated the issue and asked if they could either provide a replacement part or direct me to where I could purchase a full strap. Since then, I have received no further response, despite a final follow-up email on April 23rd requesting a reply.For a £200 watch, I expected much better build quality and a more responsive customer service experience. It's disappointing that a product at this price point failed so quickly and that the company has been unwilling or unable to provide a resolution.
