I ordered the wrong product, which of course was super annoying and frustrating as it was my fault. I thought that was it. I'd have to throw it away when it arrived.On the off chance I emailed customer service shortly after the mis-order and explained the situation.A wonderfully helpful person came back to explain the situation and offer me some solutions. They were very helpful and came back to to check afterwards if everything had been resolved.I absolutely adore Veil Cosmetics and this experience has made me love them even more. Thank you so much!
