From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist who made me a coffee, helping me feel relaxed. A lovely nurse then took me to the doctor. I had three visits: consultation, procedure, and follow-up, and at every stage, I was made to feel comfortable. I'm beyond pleased with the outcome of my veins; it was well worth having them treated.
