Hi, I’m John. I’m 80 years old and very tech illiterate. It took me a while just to figure out how to write this review, however after some help from my granddaughter I really wanted to thank Hannah and the team for their patience and giving me peace of mind. I won’t pretend this was easy for me at the beginning. I didn’t really understand how any of it worked. The Velantra team helped me with everything, setting things up, understanding how to deposit money, and later how to withdraw it. They never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking questions.I almost feel bad for Hannah, because I was calling her so often during the first few months. She was always patient with me and never made me feel like a burden. Now that I’m used to the system, it’s actually very simple. I really enjoyed speaking with Hannah. She’s been nothing but helpful and answers me anytime I need assistance. For someone my age, that kind of support means everything. Thank you, John
