Communication and help. I have had two really bad experiences this last year so was very wary about starting with another company but so far I have to say my experience has been very good, Hannah helped me a great deal with set up as I admit I am technically challenged and over the top busy with volunteer work but she has made a real difference in my experience. Josh has been on top of following up with communication. So far the results have been good, no hype, just solid and safe trading which I hope continues.
