I received a great service all around:-Andy was able to fit my appointment right before a race-My bike was cleaner than when I first bought it- The gears change much easier and all awkward noises have stopped- In addition to a deep clean, Andy checked my bike after a flight, lubricated and adjusted all bolts.I’m not mechanically minded so I didn’t even know they needed it and wouldn’t noticed if they weren’t.-This was reassuring and gave me confidence for the race (I knew that the chances of having a mechanical or my bike falling apart were pretty low)- Great communication throughout.Will be coming back.
