I am reporting a fraudulent server and two owners involved in a deceptive financial scam. I joined the server Veltrion Hosting to purchase a VPS service.
I sent a payment of 1200 INR for a "Mumbai VPS (64GB RAM, 8vcore AMD EPYC 9)" to the individuals known as Ft.kryos and overlordx26. after 24h of the payment was confirmed, I was provided with the vps for less than a day & they took access back without even giving a notification with our 9gb+ data on it, I'm trying to communicate in ticket for 2 days & they are trying to ignore as much as possible, at last I left a bad review they deleted it I left again & they banned me & deleted my msgs from tkt so no proof can be collected, they also deleted the 1st ticket, this is 2nd ticket when I got banned & screenshots are taken by my friend.
This is a clear case of "Deceptive Practices" and "Fraud" used to steal money from users by offering high-spec digital services and banning them to erase evidence. I have screenshots of the transaction and the initial agreement if required.
