Overall, I had a positive shopping experience with Venba. The website is well-organized, the checkout process was simple, and my order was processed quickly. I am satisfied with the products and the efficiency of the shipping process.
I purchased the products for personal use and hired a freight forwarding company, **MyUS**, to deliver them to Australia. MyUS requested the company address where I made the purchase, as the Australian customs required this information. I sent a simple email asking only for the company address or invoice from Venba, but I did not receive the support I needed at that moment.
I received a lengthy response from **Elizabeth**, explaining shipping policies, procedures, and other information that was not directly related to my request. The address I needed was not provided, which led to additional email exchanges and delays in the process. For this reason, I cannot give a 5-star rating.
I am happy to report that today I received the samples through MyUS, and they arrived perfectly.
I believe this was simply a misunderstanding, but a more direct response to my request would have resolved the situation quickly and efficiently.
Aside from this specific issue, my overall shopping experience was positive, and I look forward to purchasing from Venba again in the future.
