I had a very disappointing experience with Venba Fragrance. My order (V189744) was shipped via FedEx but was marked by the carrier as “Unable to deliver – Damaged package” while it was still in transit. FedEx confirmed the package was too damaged to deliver and contacted the shipper for instructions.
When I reached out to Venba for help, I was told there was nothing they could do because I did not purchase their optional shipping insurance. However, the package was never delivered to me, and the carrier documented that it was damaged before delivery.
As a customer, it’s frustrating to be told that a seller cannot assist when the order never arrived due to shipping damage. I expected either a replacement or a refund, but instead was directed back to their policy. Unfortunately this experience makes it hard for me to recommend ordering from Venba
