First off it's 3 stars because My original order was out of stock and I wasn't notified. I thought my order had arrived. According to the app it was already delivered and when I called to complaint saying that I can't find the package was when they informed me that it wasn't even shipped out. So I'll send her thinking. I had a package when it was never even there in the first place. Then they told me it was out of stock so I had to pick different ones I was gifted a small little 1 ml vial for the inconvenience but they also told me that they would ship out the original fragrance that I asked for and that has never arrived either. It like to this day I still haven't got it so I don't know what's going on
