I experienced very poor customer service. I ordered 4 items, but they didn't arrive together, and some were delayed. One item had a faulty zip. Upon contacting customer service, I was told a replacement would be sent. After several weeks of waiting, no replacement arrived. When I inquired again, they stated I was not eligible for a replacement. Very unhelpful and misleading. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
