I bought a watch directly from the company's website and received it on December 23, 2025. I started using it right away, but noticed it was losing several minutes throughout the day. After adjusting the time, I continued to wear it. The next morning, after winding it more, the watch completely stopped working after just a few hours. On December 24, I reached out to the company to arrange a return. As of today, January 14, 2026, I am still trying to communicate with the company for an exchange. The process has been incredibly slow and frustrating, and they have yet to collect the watch for replacement.
