I travelled solo and had everything taken good care of by the assistant Ms Anastasia who coordinated from airport transfer to hotel, clinic and back to airport. Everything went smooth, the staffs at the clinic were patient, friendly, professional and well trained.Despite the language barrier they ensure I was comfortable during the whole journey spent there.Dr Ozer was in one word fantastic. I was a bit stressed about the intervention but he had the reassuring words, very posed in his explanations on how he will proceed.
