Bought the x22 and it literally has been problem after problem . I get it it’s chinese, but venom seems to want put in ANY effort to helping us out. Making us buy replacement parts when it says ONE YEAR WARRANTY on bike parts . Bike arrived with two scratches on gas tank they sent a marker Paint pen That’s yet to arrive. When I got To run , the bIke immediately started wobbling even at 8-12 mph and had toDump it or I would’ve broken my leg. They SAID NOTHING About making sure the wheels are aligned and handle bars are good etc just a minimal inspection. Which they did supposedly before they sent it, apparently not because that happened , you send me. “Brand new” 2500$ bike with scratches. Fixed the wobble , primitively since they ignore my emails. When I called the guy wouldn’t even let me talk , just talks over me , and when I say hello let me talk he hangs up ....The bike Has issues after issues after issues. It doesn’t get past 70 , and I just got pulled over yesterday , speed limit 40, cop says I’m driving 12mph..... like really??? Flat tire this morning but tires aren’t covered in warranty , go figure . Thanks so much . So now I can’t even ride it because of the flat , the front lights flicker, horn doesn’t beep sometimes. Man I could 100% keep going. They want us to pay FOR EVERYTHING, there is no help coming from them other than a 1.5 - 2 day delay in emails. Ultimately , the bike looks cool. But venom is terrible and I will probably never buy a motorcycle Like this from anywhere due to how you treated us. Thanks for nothing!
