Extremely disappointed with my purchase. I just received the dirt bike and it’s missing critical parts needed to assemble the front wheel — the front axle, spacers, and nuts. Along with the battery. Because of this, the bike is completely unusable right out of the box.
To make matters worse, I was recording the full assembly process to qualify for the $100 cash credit, but the missing parts ruined the entire video and experience. This was supposed to be part of a birthday surprise for my son this weekend, and now I can’t even put the bike together.
Quality control like this shouldn’t happen, especially when customers are expected to assemble the product themselves. I’m hoping the company steps up quickly and makes this right.
