The incident started when I was contacted by someone through a dating app. After gaining my trust, she introduced me to her supposed uncle, who claimed to be a trader for a well-known financial firm. He convinced me to invest through an online trading platform. I followed his instructions for transferring funds, believing it was legitimate. After depositing, I saw fake profits, but when I tried to withdraw, I faced numerous roadblocks, which raised serious concerns. It became clear this was a coordinated scam using social engineering and cryptocurrency transfers to make recovery difficult. I've ceased all contact and am ready to provide evidence. I urge an investigation to prevent future victims.
