The company appears to not provide support unless you pay.After I purchased, I then needed to pay for it to be set up correctly so I could actually accept an email. This was stated as a 8hr wait time; I needed what they advertised but * pay $8.95 or wait in a line, committed to pay the dollars, boom fixed.Today, two issues with their software (cant attach a document and email in the app filters embedded features), it stated 3hrs wait on the web site /ticket, 9hrs later ..... I guess if I pay another $8.95 it will be fixed
