disgusting service, cant get decent help with anything, no-one seems to have a clue about anything, mean while i get hit by bots, ticket gets resolved althought its clearly not, i pay for vip yet the man i just spoke to says it was cancelled? yet you took my money, and again its not resolved, and no one looking into it as a vip or urgently at all. im absolutly fed up!!
