I'm absolutely gutted I couldn't get my delivery read and watched so much on this tent I was really looking forward to getting away.Customer Service was extremely good even though I was a pain calling a few times before delivery.Three of my friends all have different types and the ventura they all say is the best.We had a little trouble with the third party delivery witch usually wouldn't be a problem and it was a bank holiday.This is the reason i had to ask to stop the delivery within 1 minute William had a full refund and an apology he never had to give as it was a mix up.I got an email explaining how to assemble that looked really straight forward both William and Charlotte where happy to help if you got stuck.I'm gutted about this my friend would recommend this as the materials used are much better than you would expect with such a low price.Hopefully one day I get to own mines.Damion
