I purchased the hard top tent four months ago now but only attached it now because of the weather, (Pros) customer service great , reasonably priced compared to tentbox.(Dislikes) ladders need a hook of some kind to attach to roof rack or tent bit of a hazard climbing down has it slips away.Cheap clips when tents pulled down mine have bent already.Your Goodies you receive , pretty useless, lights very short ,they not long enough to attach inside to another.no hooks inside tent to attach anything too.Also handles would be a good idea to load the tent on the roof ,it's a nightmare when high up. Update,Ventura kindly are sending me a new ladder . thankyou guys
