Firstly I would like to say I have no issues with the extended tent and annex combination. It worked great for a week's camping.I paid for the tent in full on the 26 July 2023 with a verbal acknowledgement to have an invoice emailed to me as William was busy.I have since asked in writing on five separate occasions for the promised invoice. The requests were either point blank ignored or half acknowledged. The tent was unfortunately stolen off the roof over the August bank holiday weekend. I need the invoice to contact the insurers. I cannot do so as William has not kept his word on supplying me with the promised invoice.I am loath to use a public forum to resolve an issue, but I have been left little choice.Also, to all considering or who have a roof tent - look into some form of security bolts to save you the heartache of having the tent lifted off the roof overnight like I have had.
