This company is amazing! I was a bit nervous of buying my Ventura 1.4 extended until I saw one one a camping trip - I ordered mine right then. The 1.4 is a sturdy build with strong material. It's easy to pitch and take down, it's comfortable and it looks good!The support from the company is unparalleled - I had a minor issue with a mesh panel and was immediately offered the option of a full swap.They respond within hours to most questions, maybe a little longer on weekends/holidays but their response is consistently good and helpful.In summary if I could give this product & company 10 stars, I would!
