Prompt replies and great depth of knowledge of their products.The roof tents are superior quality compared to all the horror stories I've heard from competitor companies. I've heavily used their 1.4 extended roof tent for 2 years and multiple holidays and it hasn't degraded in the slightest, fantastic construction and quality. Purchased numerous accessories (canopy's and awnings) all with equal quality.I cannot fault their service (customer, fitting, aftercare) and wish all companies would offer such support!!
