Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.From start to finish the support was brilliant. Charlotte was amazing, always on hand to help with any queries and questions I had. From choosing the right products, install and roof/tent integration etc, she was absolutely brilliant. And then of course is the tent which is brilliant. Incredible value for money when compared to other suppliers with a much better design imo. Great 360 degree views, spacious and comfortable and of great quality throughout. Also, worth mentioning the installation instructions which were very clear to understand and follow. But I must mention again the customer support from Charlotte which was always speedy, professional and friendly. I'm 56 and can't remember customer support so knowledgeable, caring and professional from any other supplier I have dealt with. Charlotte even offered to go above and beyond with helping me with a supplier delivery issue, which was no fault of Ventura of course, again demonstrating her passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.So, 'Diolch o Galon' from Wales (Welsh for 'thanks from the heart').
